I know there are officially called “Canadian” geese, but I seriously don’t think they ever return to the homeland. We have a wide variety of wildlife here in the Raleigh area and it seems we have adopted these guys too. I see them year round, Summer and Winter.
Canadian geese are like Canadians… make them feel welcome, feed them, and they never leave! Just don’t offer them a beer, they’ll end up relaxing on your couch and putting their feet up on your coffee table!
